Training
Nirveda completed has obtained several qualifications during her academic career. She obtained a BSc degree in 1995. Following this, she pursued a postgraduate diploma in Health Promotion, which focused on creating and implementing health promotion programs.
Nirveda completed her Masters degree in Clinical psychology. Her training was within the systems orientation but she attempts to use an integrative approach.
Experience
Her internship was completed at Weskoppies Hospital in Pretoria West. Her experience ranges from working with children to adults with a wide range of disorders. She also obtained extensive training in individual, group and family therapy as well as psychological assessments.
In 2012, she was placed at Steve Biko Academic Hospital, where she worked at the Child Therapy Center. Here she conducted thorough assessments, diagnosis and treatment of children and adolescents. She also had the opportunity to work with parents.
